Construction management and self-perform general contracting in New Hampshire

As construction manager we run the site, the schedule and the subcontractors on your behalf. As general contractor we self-perform carpentry and finishes, so the crew answering for the quality of the work is ours. We take on guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contracts, which cap your cost for the agreed scope, and we are at our best in buildings that cannot close while we work.

Questions owners ask

What does self-perform change for an owner?

Fewer hand-offs. The crew doing the carpentry and finishes is ours, so the schedule and the quality of the finish are ours to answer for.

Can you work in a building that stays open?

Yes. Kingston Hall and Paul LeBlanc Hall at SNHU both stayed in use from our first day on site to our last.
