Confidential Financial Institution’s call center went from shell space to Class A with one team: designed in-house, built by our own carpentry and finish crews, and delivered 2% under budget and on schedule.
A shell space in Newburyport needed to be converted into a Class A call center. We designed, documented and specified the entire project, then completed construction with our own team.
We designed the project in Revit in April and May 2026, with beneficial occupancy scheduled for mid-October. Our crews self-performed all carpentry and finishes, with the mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades under our management.
This project is a keystone example of our technical competency, our experience in substrate and finishes, and our ability to work with discerning clients who have a vision but need full-service support through vertical integration of design and build.
