SNHU Kingston Hall Exhaust Modifications
Southern New Hampshire University · Manchester, NH · 2026
Kingston Hall stayed open all summer. We modified the bathroom exhaust system of the 106,000 square foot residence hall one wing at a time, with our own crews on the work and residents in the building throughout.
The project
Southern New Hampshire University needed Kingston Hall’s bathroom exhaust system modified between April and August 2026, with summer residents in the building. The scope covered duct cleaning floor by floor, new exhaust fan motors and new access panels.
How we did it
Working closely with the university, we flipped summer occupants from one wing to the other as the work advanced, keeping zero-downtime occupancy through the university’s summer academic calendar.
We ran the work in MS Project and Procore, with visual aids and signage in the spaces, so each area went back to the university as soon as its exhaust system was turned back on.
